Chad Martin: Structural Restoration Operations Leader for South Florida Buildings
Co-founder of New Age Construction Group, Chad has built his career in South Florida concrete restoration — first with a leading restoration contractor, then as Operations Manager running the scaffolding division of Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. for the entire South Florida region, and most recently as Senior Project Manager at another leading restoration firm. At New Age he runs project planning and field operations: bidding and contract negotiations, engineering coordination, safety compliance, and the client relationships behind every repair program across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

From the field up
Chad Martin's background is the side of restoration most clients never see: the planning, access, and sequencing that make a repair program work on a building people still live in. He started with a leading South Florida concrete restoration company, then moved to Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., where as Operations Manager he ran the scaffolding division for the entire South Florida region — the scaffolding and access systems every balcony, façade, and garage project depends on. He returned to the contracting side as Senior Project Manager with another leading restoration firm before co-founding New Age Construction Group.
What he runs at New Age
At New Age, Chad owns the path from bid to sign-off. He plans the work and runs field operations, negotiates bids and contracts, coordinates with the engineer of record, and keeps every crew in line with OSHA requirements. He also leads business development and stays the day-to-day contact for the boards, property managers, and owners the firm works with — on concrete restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, milestone inspection, 40-year recertification, and SIRS repair programs across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Why it matters to your building
Occupied condominiums and commercial properties don't get to close for repairs. Chad's scaffolding and project-management background is what lets New Age phase work around residents and tenants, keep the site safe, and hand back a documented, inspected scope at the end.
Protect your investment while extending the life of your structure — that's the whole mission.
